Order Instructions
1. Please choose from the drop down the size you would like, how many pets you would like in one portrait (pets do not have to be on the same photo - I can combine them into one portrait) and if you would like it framed.
(Our frames are made from high quality wood with glass in colour choice of either black or white)
2. Please then upload the photo / photos you would like me to use for your portrait and then add to your basket.

4. Add any comments you wish me to receive and then follow the steps to payment
5. Once you have paid please feel free to start a conversation up with me where you can ask me anything you wish regarding your portrait!
6. I will create your portrait for you within 3-5 days and then email you with a preview before your dispatch date.
7. You can then tell me if you are happy with your preview OR if you would like any amendments made. This is FREE OF CHARGE!!
8. Once you are happy with your portrait I will post it out to you (unless you have chosen the 'digital file only' option. I can combine as many individual photos into one portrait!

• There are no refunds after you have received your preview as it takes a substantial amount of time to create your portrait which I am sure you can understand.

• You will also receive a high quality JPEG file with your artwork on which you can print at home or in a shop.
